Apatech Motors Ltd., Co. (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Feng Sun, President and Representative Director; hereinafter “Apatech Motors”) and Musashi Holt Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Masatsugu Fuchida, President; hereinafter “Musashi Holt”) are pleased to announce that they have started to consider collaboration in order to respond to the drastic changes surrounding the automotive and energy industries in order to cooperate in the changing environment toward the realization of a de-carbonized society.

Background and purpose of this partnership

In recent years, the risk of climate change has become more serious, and countries around the world are calling for a “halving of CO2 emissions by 2030” in order to realize a decarbonized society. At the same time, the electrification of vehicles has become a key issue for decarbonization efforts in Japan.

Under these circumstances, Apatech Motors and Musashi Holt hope to accelerate their contribution to human society through the spread of environmentally friendly vehicles and environmental conservation by bringing together their mutual resources to cooperate in the business development of Apatech Motors’ popular EVs (electric vehicles) in Japan.
