Apatech Motors Ltd., Co. (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Feng Sun; hereinafter “Apatech Motors”) and Ikuyo Corporation (headquartered in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Hiroshi Sakai; hereinafter “Ikuyo”), a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market, have reached an agreement to form a capital alliance. Background and Aims of the Alliance
Apatech Motors and Ikuyo had concluded a “Basic Agreement on Business Alliance” on November 24, 2022, in order to respond to changes in the automotive industry by bringing together their mutual resources and cooperating with each other amid the shift to EVs in the automotive industry. In order to further strengthen the relationship and accelerate the effects of the alliance, we have agreed to form a capital alliance.
