Apatech Motors and 3PLATZ Form Business Partnership to Support the Automotive Industry's Environmental and EV Responses

Apatech Motors Ltd., Co. (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Feng Sun; hereinafter “Apatech Motors”) and 3PLATZ Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuhide Kamiya; hereinafter “3PLATZ”) are pleased to announce that they have started to consider collaboration in order to cooperate and respond to environmental changes while the situation surrounding the automotive industry is changing dramatically in preparation for a decarbonized society.
Background and Aims of the Partnership
In recent years, as the risk of climate change has become more serious and more countries are calling for a “halving of CO2 emissions by 2030” in order to realize a decarbonized society, the automotive industry has been forced to shift its course to EVs. Under such circumstances, Apatech Motors and 3PLATZ hope to enrich people’s lives and contribute to environmental conservation through the popularization of environmentally-friendly vehicles in Japan, through the business of promoting China-made EVs in Japan, which Apatech Motors is promoting.
3PLATZ will promote EVs by leveraging its expertise in embedded finance and subscription payment through a financial app.
Apatech Motors and 3PLATZ have signed a basic agreement for business alliance based on the above-mentioned goal.
